Stop One: Niagara Falls, Ontario.

So, brief flash of Toronto from the window of the silver car we rented from Hertz... then it was basically highway (lots of lanes in Toronto! Which is like driving in the US) and snooze time. Since I had to wake up at 4:00am (horrors) to go to the airport, it was one of the most sleep-deprived states I’ve ever been in. I was roused in the middle though, when we were in a traffic jam- there was a major vehicle accident and I saw the front of a police car completely crumpled, and another car up-freaking-side down. It was on the news later that night; apparently it involved more than two cars, and one motorcycle. I think two people died. =(
