...for this year, at least. I dropped Physics after 2 months into grade 12, and so it should make sense that I would feel the same about it in university.. where it's going to be so much more work and cramming. Science x3 and Math is just too yucky, and it's not going to be as easy as high school where if you want to drop something, you just go to the counsellor and Click! you're out! In uni, the courses are crammed into 1 term too, and so much more material is covered that even if I do drop before the add/drop deadline, I'd be so far behind on my new class that I'd rather do my research seriously and get me schedule fixed as soon as possible.
So, YAY! The Physics prof is one of my favourite profs, but sadly I don't get along with the same subject he gets along with. However, if I suddenly get hit by the Physics Requirement of Doom, I'll have one thing to look forward to. Actually, if I took a Physics course was all theoretical (i.e. talking about black hole THEORIES and "Is it possible to time-travel?") SANS the math/equations/headaches, I'd really enjoy that. I guess it's the math feature that makes Physics what it is to me. I don't enjoy doing math.
I wish I could take a French/Literature/Greek Mythology/Anthropology/Sociology/Psychology class. Do you see a common pattern in these courses? Hahaha... I'll start off- for one, NO math! XP
However, I'm now taking Econ 208... which probably has math too, but at least it counts as an arts course. All the other Arts courses I wanted to replace Physics with were full- and I mean the waiting list is full too. =(
