No Floor Babies Please

So I passed by my very awesome floor fellow's door, Winnie. We all have floor fellows that are in charge of our floor (GO 2nd floor!) at our Chocolate Factory Rez and our floor fellow is so nice and very awesome. She's asian, is in 3rd year (I think), is in Science Faculty, and we met her when we had to have a mandatory floor meeting in the basement with her.

She lives on our floor, obviously, and there's always bulletins and a whiteboard on her door in case we need something, and for announcements. The wall beside her door hung a white envelope. On it was, "No Floor Babies." O.O
Above that, it said, "If empty, knock on my door!"
Underneath, on the envelope, it said, "Note that this is for emergencies only."
Inside the envelope (JYT in particular will be excited) ... were condoms.
