Microeconomics 208-

When I dropped Physics, I had to find an Arts course that was on the "list of approved arts courses" for Arts&Science freshman students. I don't know why we have that list; maybe 'cause we're a special case. XP Well, the only class that wasn't full (little surprise there WAS anything good that wasn't completely filled), that fit my schedule, was ECON 208, aka Microeconomics.. The reason I got in was probably because this course was a beginner course for all economics/management/business students, as it's apparently a prerequisite for so many key courses, and they probably had to open up many classes to accommodate everyone. The class time that I signed up for was 3:05-4:25pm, which isn't bad at all, and it was the only class that I could get into without being on a waitlist.
So. Skylights gets to be happy for a few days, and then finally checks myCourses (a mcgill thing) to see if the professor has uploaded the lecture I missed so I can finally find out what the freakin' course is about. Lecture is there. Click. Read.
"o Course is lectures; R&L are supplementary.
o Frank’s Falling Behind required reading
o 100 percent final but practice quizzes. Finals to combine multiple-choice and essays."
Read again. And again. Fourth time. 100 percent final but practice quizzes. Skylights has a freaking-out moment and breaks a window. Hahahaha- get it? Get it? Okay, I'm experiencing stress, I'm allowed to break a window. 100 percent final running through my head 100 percent final running through my head 100 percent final running through my head
(p.s. alludes to a part of a song... anyone know?)

Okay. I'm done freaking out, for now. I'm ready for something funny to break the rest of my tension. The lecture outline volunteered to do so, because it was feeling contrite about the 100 percent final. It read, "Frank's Falling Behind" was required reading. Now, isn't that just perfect for this course's expectations? Better than "Falling Forward" any day. And that's not just because the alliteration would have made it more lame. Figure it out yourself.

*amused*
